SUMMARY:

Responsible for the support of technical and operational components of the IT organization including the Data Center, Telecommunications, Network Management Center, etc.
Responsible for the development and implementation of systems strategies and technology.
Directs site audits and is accountable in assuring that systems standards are established, adhered to, and implemented expediently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that the availability and responsiveness of the Enterprise Datacenter and Voice Communications network
Provides the technical and operational support.
Support capacity planning to ensure sufficient resources to meet business requirements.
Develop service level objectives based upon established requirements.
Develop and present project and technology proposals
Maintain and support an environment of continuous process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years experience in leadership of large-scale systems planning, analysis, design, and development projects.
Experienced in both infrastructure and application development/deployment projects.
Knowledge of SAP functionality and architecture is a plus.
Demonstrated and proven experience of management and leadership in a datacenter and operations setting
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
VBSS Blackbelt certification, Master Blackbelt preferred.
