Job Description:

Responsible for managing RFCD programs in assigned countries from both US Government FMS and Nationally funded sources.  Responsible to ensure programs and proposals are executed in accordance with established budgets and schedules and that customer relationships remain positive.  Responsible for day to day management of in-country service and installation teams. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent industry or Military experience (>10 years). 
  • Experience (>5 years) with international military markets and customers in a sales, systems engineering or program management role.  
  • Working knowledge of financial systems and controls related to project management (budgeting, trade finance). 
  • Experience managing large, complex, turnkey  communications systems projects is highly desired.
  • Must be able to secure necessary clearances and be willing to travel (25%, including international travel)  

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of US Government FMS procurement policies
  • Foreign language (Russian preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills
