Description
Challenge –
We need a proven Sales Executive with a verifiable track record of successfully building territories and opening new accounts selling complex Custom Software Development and Web services while sustaining year over year revenue growth.

Results –
- Within the first 30 days, demonstrate a complete understanding of how to position and sell our Solutions and Services.
- Within the first 30 days, develop a comprehensive territory plan,
- Within 90 days be fully functional leveraging all sales process and solutions with a pipeline in excess of 3x revenue objectives.
- Achieve first deal closure within 120 days and have an advancing pipeline that demonstrates feasibility to obtain year-over-year revenue objectives.
- Consistently exceed revenue objectives while sustaining client satisfaction and profitability targets.
Activities:
- Create, sustain and evolve sales territory plan.
- Effective daily prospecting, qualifying, aligning solutions and closing new accounts.
- Own complete responsibility for all new business development.
- Pipeline management including identifying opportunities, prospecting, ensuring opportunities are well qualified and advancing to successfully and consistently closing new deals.
- Sustain customer satisfaction through positive consultative relationships.
- Leverage channel relationships and partners to increase business as applicable.
- Implementation and execution of sales process and tools that effectively align to complex custom solutions and our value proposition.
- Work in conjunction with executive management and delivery support team as required for territory planning and deal management/closure.
- Prepare RFI responses, RFP responses, Proposals and Presentations to win new business.
- Timely and accurate weekly sales reporting.
Mandatory Qualifications -
- Proven sales success within complex IT Services environments including web application development, enterprise software integration services and custom software development services.
- Proven sales leadership and performance as measured in revenue attainment that meets or exceeds goals.
- Demonstrated track record of client satisfaction when selling large deals to executives.
- Longevity and consistency in progressive positions throughout your career in sales.
